Set-up/Training

Our support staff is ready to assist you with establishing a "new" QuickBooks data file and/or help you with getting caught-up and back on track. 

  

Online or at your location- QuickBooks Training  $ 300.00/4 Hrs

Flexible scheduling of up to four hours that you can divide into multiple segments for your own convenience.

Whether you prefer to receive one or multiple sessions, you'll receive training on your desktop (using your own data file) from a "LIVE" and "ONLINE" personal coach that uses a combination of teleconferencing and remote desktop access. This method of delivery allows us to see your desktop while sharing your mouse and keyboard.

 

  

On-site - QuickBooks Installation, Set-up and Training 

A) Basic Training       $ 480.00/half-day                                                                                         

  This training combines an introduction to accounting principles with the practical use of QuickBooks. Attendees can expect to practice procedures for:

·        Introduction to QuickBooks and Creating a New Company

·        Recording Accounts Receivable (Invoices, Payments, Deposits and Sales Tax)

·        Recording Accounts Payable (Bills, Checks, Loans & Credit Card Liabilities)

·        Recording Payroll (Paychecks, Tax Deposits and Payroll Reporting) 

·        Tracking Job-costs, Inventory and Multiple Locations/Divisions

·        Recording Petty Cash and Credit Card Purchases

·        Reconciliation and Review of Balance Sheet Accounts and Financial Statements  

 

B) Intermediate/Advanced Training         $ 700.00/ 3/4 day

Training beyond the basics. For individuals that are ready to implement all the above plus:

·       Advanced Inventory and Job-Cost Tracking

·       Payroll Timesheets, Data-Entry and Electronic Filing

·       Online Banking, Credit Card Trnsactions and Merchant Services

·      Customized Templates  

·       Advanced Reporting

             

C) Advanced/Corporate     $ 1,200.00/1.5 days

Training for individuals and companies with compex/customized needs for:

·       Establishing Network/Sharing Commections (for up to 5 Computers)

·       Job-Costing (Progressive Invoicing, Time Mgmt, etc.)

·       Inventory Mgmt (Par Levels, Assemblies, Unit of Measure, etc.)

·       Exploring Custom Fields 

·       Customized Reporting Requirements

        

QB Point of Sale - Installation, Set-up and Training   $ 380.00/half-day

On-site training for your cashiers and financial staff:

·       Link/Set-up POS to Connect with QuickBooks Financial Software

·       Inventory Set-up (Adding Items, Receiving Vouchers, Inventory Tags)

·       Training on: Sales Receipts, Payments, Return Vouchers, Z-Reports, etc 

·       Training on: End-of-Day, Financial Exchange, Merchant Services and Back-up
